I love good wholesome food -- shopping for it, cooking it, and eating it. My husband calls style of cooking "spartan"... as if each flavor is battling the other to stake their claim. I took it as a compliment. I have mostly a vegan diet, so you'll find that most of my recipes will not include meat, dairy, or eggs.
My hobbies also include reading, knitting, and running. When I'm not working on lesson plans, I'm usually doing one of these three things. They keep me sane.
